If your company has an agreement with a vehicle rental provider, you can have your car delivered directly to wherever you need it: at the office, the warehouse, or any other collection point set by your company.
In practice, you have two options when booking:
- Pick up at the counter: you go to the branch to collect and return the vehicle.
- Delivery & Collect: the vehicle is brought directly to the agreed collection point.
- No more detours to the branch or waiting at the counter.

Contact your account manager or our customer service team and provide them with the following information.
For each delivery site:
- Site name (e.g. "Beauvais Campus")
- Full address (street, postcode, city)
- GPS coordinates (latitude and longitude)
- Opening hours (e.g. 8am-1pm / 2pm-6pm) and working days
- On-site contact number
For each rental provider linked to this site:
- Nearest branch (name + address: Europcar, Hertz, etc.)
- Minimum booking notice (in hours before pick-up)
- Delivery and collection charges applied
What happens next?
Once we've received this information, we'll take care of the rest. You'll be notified as soon as the delivery point has been added to your Swile Travel account.
