Prerequisite
To use Delivery & Collect, your company must first have an agreement in place with the relevant vehicle hire provider. If this isn't the case yet, please direct your administrator to this article for businesses.
When searching for a hire car on Swile Travel, you may see two types of offers:
- Pick up at the counter: you go to the branch to collect and return the vehicle.
- Delivery & Collect: the vehicle is brought directly to you, at one of the collection points set by your company.
🔍 How do I book a vehicle with Delivery & Collect?
- Start a vehicle hire search on Swile Travel by entering your pick-up and drop-off locations.

Click on "All filters"
- In the filters, tick the collection type "Delivery to chosen address". 💡 If you don't see this filter, your company doesn't have this agreement in place.
- Choose your vehicle and confirm your booking.
