Yes, a retailer can refund you directly onto your Swile card, whether you made your purchase online or in-store 👍
This applies, for example, if:
- you return an item,
- you cancel a purchase,
- the retailer refunds you all or part of an amount.
📆 The refund will appear in your Swile account within 24 working hours (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).
