How do I download my invoices from my Swile affiliate area?
- Step 1: In your Swile affiliate area, click on Invoices.

💡 Accessing your Bimpli invoices
If you’ve been affiliated since 22 September 2026, you’ll find your Swile and Bimpli invoices in the same place. In the Invoices tab, click on the Bimpli Invoices sub-tab to access and download your Bimpli invoices.
Your invoices for first and second generation meal voucher cards, as well as your invoices for paper meal vouchers.
When are my Swile invoices made available?
Your Swile invoices are made available twice a month, on the 1st and 16th of each month. Each time they’re available, you’ll receive an email letting you know your new invoices are ready to view in your Swile affiliate area. If your account isn’t activated yet, make sure to activate your account to access your invoices.
Your Bimpli invoices are available on the first Tuesday of each month.
💡 Good to know
