My Swile card has been stolen or lost, what should I do?

If you lose your card, take some time to think by temporarily blocking it. The card won't be usable, but you can reactivate it later if you find it.

You can then permanently deactivate it if you're sure you won't find it or if it has been stolen. Here's how to do it 👇

📱On your app
  • Click on the "Cards" button in your Swile account
  • Click on the card in question then on "Lock the card"
  • If you have indeed lost your card, click on "Report stolen or lost"
👨‍💻 On your computer
  • Click on the "Cards" button in your Swile account

  • Click on the card in question then on "Lock"

  • Click on "Confirm"

  • If you have indeed lost your card, click on "Lost or stolen card"

👀 How to order a new card?

Once the loss/theft report is made, you receive an email so you can order a new one! Alternatively, you can also click on the + button in the "Cards" menu:

Of course! Your benefits are linked to your account, not your card. 😊

🥺 Your card has been stolen and you notice charges?

If your card has been stolen and you notice transactions made with your benefits, unfortunately, we won't be able to refund the debited amount.
