How do I change my email address from my Swile account?
If you're logged in to your Swile account, you can update your login email address directly from your profile. Choose the instructions that match your device.
📱 From the Swile mobile app
- Step 1: In the Swile mobile app, tap Menu (the four small squares).
- Step 2: Tap Profile and Security.
- Step 3: Tap Personal Information.
- Step 4: Update your Swile login email address.
- Step 5: Tap Save.
👩💻 From a computer
- Step 1: Log in to your Swile account from your computer.
- Step 2: Click on your initials or your first name at the top right.
- Step 3: Go to your Profile.
- Step 4: Update your Swile login email address.
- Step 5: Click Save changes.
How do I change my Swile email address if I no longer have access to my old email?
If your email address has changed and you can't access your old inbox, you can still log in to your Swile account to update it, either from the Swile mobile app or from a computer.
- Step 1: Click Log in.
- Step 2: Enter your Swile login email address, even if you no longer have access to it.
- Step 3: Enter your password.
- Step 4: Click Log in.
- Step 5: Click I don't have access to my email.
- Step 6: Enter the verification code you received by SMS.
- Step 7: Update your email address directly from your Swile account.
💡 Good to know
Changing the login email address for your Swile account won't affect your future top-ups. You don't need to let your administrator know.
