Your PIN is a personal 4-digit payment code linked to your card, which allows you to pay at the till. It’s essential for making your first in-store payment. You can view it at any time directly from your Swile account, either on the app or on your computer.

- At the top of your Swile account, click on "Cards"
- Click on "PIN code"
- Confirm your phone number by clicking "Confirm"
- Enter the 6-digit security code you receive by SMS and your PIN will appear.
💡 You can choose your PIN if your employer has allowed you to order your card yourself. It’s not possible to change your PIN once it’s set.
