Uber Eats: How to identify orders received and paid for with a Swile or Bimpli card?

As a Swile affiliate, you can identify Uber Eats orders paid with a Swile card, both from your Uber Eats restaurant portal and your Swile affiliate area. Select the question that applies to you:

How can I find my list of orders on Uber Eats?

From your Uber Eats restaurant portal, you can find your list of orders in the Payments tab.

How do I download the “Payment Details” Excel file for my accounts?

Still in the Payments tab of your Uber Eats portal, you can download the Payment Details Excel file. It contains all the data you need for your accounts (Order, Date, Amount, VAT, Adjustment, etc.) and shows which transactions were paid with meal vouchers, as well as the issuer's name.

How can I view and export my Uber Eats transactions from my Swile affiliate area?

In your Swile affiliate area, under the Transactions section, you can:

  • Select Uber Eats in Source to view only transactions from this delivery platform.
  • If you have been affiliated since 22 September 2026, all your Swile and Bimpli transactions are available in your Swile affiliate area. To display only Swile cards or Bimpli cards, filter by Issuer.

  • Download the list of transactions by clicking the Export as CSV button at the top right of the screen. Once the file is downloaded, filter the source and select Uber Eats to see only transactions from the platform.
