How do I access my gift and benefits administrator space ?

To access your administrator space, you must first activate your account. The administrator space is available on browser only.

💌 Activating your account
You have received an email inviting you to create your account. Click on the link contained in the email and follow the steps step by step.

🔐 Log in and access your administrator area
You can log in directly via this link: https://directory.swile.co/signin

Once logged in, you have two spaces (a user space and an admin space) between which you can switch (see below 👇).

You have a user space by default, even if you're only an administrator.

🔁 Switch between admin and user space

👩‍💻 Switch from user space to gift and benefits admin space

- Click on your first name in the top right-hand corner
- Click on Admin space

- Left click on gift and benefits

👩‍💻 Switch from gift and benefits administrator space to user space

- Click on your first name at bottom left
- Click on User dashboard

🫣 Forgot your password

You can reset it directly by going to this page: https://app.swile.co/forgot-password. Enter your email address and a password reset email will be automatically sent to you.
