How can I check the activation status of my Gift and Benefits beneficiaries’ accounts?

Have you invited your beneficiaries so they can enjoy their employee benefits and want to check the status of their invitations and account activation?

👉 There are several activation statuses. To view them, go to the Beneficiary tab in the Gifts and Benefits area. For each invited beneficiary, a status will appear showing you the following information:

  • Active: the beneficiary has accepted the invitation and added their new benefit to their account.
  • Inactive: the beneficiary has received the invitation but has not yet accepted it.
  • Scheduled invitation: the beneficiary has not yet received an invitation, but one is scheduled.
  • Removed from staff: the beneficiary has been removed from the staff list. They no longer have access to the Benefits area from their account.
  • Invalid email: the beneficiary has not received the invitation because the email provided is incorrect.

You can also:

  • Filter beneficiaries by status.
  • Filter beneficiaries by role.
  • Export the list of beneficiaries, along with their role and status.

💡 You can also send a bulk reminder to all your beneficiaries who have not yet activated their benefit, in addition to the scheduled automatic reminders.
