Have you invited your beneficiaries so they can enjoy their employee benefits and want to check the status of their invitations and account activation?
👉 There are several activation statuses. To view them, go to the Beneficiary tab in the Gifts and Benefits area. For each invited beneficiary, a status will appear showing you the following information:
- Active: the beneficiary has accepted the invitation and added their new benefit to their account.
- Inactive: the beneficiary has received the invitation but has not yet accepted it.
- Scheduled invitation: the beneficiary has not yet received an invitation, but one is scheduled.
- Removed from staff: the beneficiary has been removed from the staff list. They no longer have access to the Benefits area from their account.
- Invalid email: the beneficiary has not received the invitation because the email provided is incorrect.
You can also:
- Filter beneficiaries by status.
- Filter beneficiaries by role.
- Export the list of beneficiaries, along with their role and status.
💡 You can also send a bulk reminder to all your beneficiaries who have not yet activated their benefit, in addition to the scheduled automatic reminders.
