👀 Who can edit a user profile on Swile Travel?
There are two roles that can manage a user profile in Swile Travel:
- An administrator
- A user who also has the Profile Creator (User Creator) role
🧭 How do I access a user's profile on Swile Travel?
To open a colleague's profile in Swile Travel and see all the travel-related options, follow these steps from your Swile admin area:
- Step 1: Go to the Colleagues tab.

Step 2: Filter by the Travel product.
- Step 3: Click the Columns button (top right) and tick the items related to Swile Travel to see more details.
- Step 4: Click on the relevant colleague.
- Step 5: Click on the Business travel tab.
From the Business travel tab in Swile Travel, you can edit all profile information, which is split into three sections detailed below.
Once you're on the colleague's profile, in the Business travel tab, you can edit their information in three places, as detailed below:
🤓 Personal information section
The Personal information section in Swile Travel contains the user's identity details. Click Edit, make your changes, then save. You can edit:
- Name, surname, date of birth and gender
- Email address and phone number
📊 Traveller settings section
The Traveller settings section in Swile Travel lets you set up all the information related to business travel:
- Travel policy (default or custom)
- Role
- Billing entity
- Approver
ID documents and loyalty programmes section
The ID documents and loyalty programmes section in Swile Travel lets you enter documents that may be required for booking certain services, as well as the user's personal loyalty cards:
- Passport
- ID card
- Driving licence
- Loyalty programmes (loyalty cards)
