The available Payment Methods are:
Direct debit (either at the time of booking or monthly)
- Bank transfer: only if you have a Premium contract
📆 When is a booking paid for?
If you chose direct debit at the time of booking: as soon as the booking is confirmed and the traveler receives a confirmation email, your company will be debited.
If you chose monthly direct debit: all bookings made and confirmed during the month will be debited on the 28th of the current month.
If you opted for bank transfer (Premium only): you must make the transfer within 30 days of receiving the monthly invoice, which is sent on the 28th of the current month.
đź’¸ Payment Mean and Billing Entities
If your company has registered only one billing entity and one payment mean, those will be used by default.
đź‘€ Contrat Premium
If you have a Premium contract, you can link one or more billing entities to a payment method and assign billing entities to a user. A user will have access only to the billing entities assigned to them and will be able to choose the one they want when confirming their booking.
