After creating your beneficiaries, you can check whether their accounts have been activated and if invitations have been sent. There are several activation statuses.
To view them, go to the Beneficiaries tab on your platform.
Banners will appear at the end of each row, showing you the following information:
Awaiting activation: The invitation has been sent, is scheduled for a specific date, or has already been created. Hover over the beneficiary’s row to see the date it was sent or the date it will be sent.
- Invitation not scheduled: The account has been created, but the invitation hasn’t been generated.
💡 If there’s no status shown, your colleague’s account is active.
You can also access this information from the colleagues button (on the left of your dashboard). Here, you can:
Filter your colleagues’ accounts by status to see who is still awaiting activation
Export a file of all beneficiaries who haven’t activated their accounts by clicking the CSV button at the top right.
