Invitations are automatic emails that allow users to activate their accounts. If your recipients haven’t received or have deleted their account activation email, you can resend it to them from your admin area.
If only a few employees are affected, you can resend invitations individually. If needed, you can also send them out in bulk 👇
Go to the Employees menu
Find the profile and click on it
Click the Resend invitation button
Go to the Employees menu
Status: filter by Pending activation
A yellow banner will appear showing the number of employees waiting to be activated.
You can then click on Resend invitations. Each recipient who hasn’t yet activated their account will receive an email.
