If your beneficiary has not yet activated their account, they must first activate it and then report their card as lost in order to order a new one. If needed, see: How to resend invitation emails to my colleagues?

- You have no actions to take as an administrator
- There is no charge following the order of your beneficiary's new card
- If your beneficiary has another active card on their account, they will not be able to order an additional one
- In case of any issues, we invite your beneficiary to contact us directly.
