An expiry date is shown on every Swile card. Before it expires, your beneficiaries will receive email reminders to order a free replacement card from their account.
If they can't find our emails or don't have an email address linked to their Swile account, they can order a new card directly from their account (by clicking on the relevant card in the Cards menu, then selecting "Order a new one").

💡 Good to know
- You don't need to do anything as an administrator
- There are no charges for your beneficiary's new card order
- If there are any issues, we encourage your beneficiary to contact us directly.
