How do I get reimbursed for my paper meal vouchers (using remittance slips)?

As a Swile affiliate, your “all-in-one” contract automatically covers the acceptance of Swile cards and Bimpli products (cards and paper vouchers) following their merger in January 2024. To get your paper meal vouchers reimbursed (make a deposit), you’ll need to obtain your dispatch slips in advance.

The location of your dispatch slips depends on your affiliation date:

• Affiliated before 22/09/2026: order your dispatch slips from your Bimpli customer area.
• Affiliated since 22/09/2026: you can order your dispatch slips directly from your Swile affiliate area.

How do I order my dispatch slips from my Bimpli customer area?

If you became an affiliate before 22 September 2026, you can only manage your paper meal vouchers (Swile and Bimpli branded) from your Bimpli customer area. To download your dispatch slips:

1. Step 1: Log in to your Bimpli customer area: https://www.bimpli.com/se-connecter/
2. Step 2: From the homepage, click on “Order my dispatch slips”.
3. Step 3: You’ll automatically be redirected to a portal shared by several meal voucher issuers.
4. Step 4: From this portal, download your dispatch slips.

How do I order my dispatch slips from my Swile affiliate area?

If you became an affiliate since 22 September 2026, you can order your paper meal voucher dispatch slips directly from your Swile affiliate area:

1. Step 1: Log in to your Swile affiliate area.
2. Step 2: From the homepage (the Dashboard menu), click at the bottom of the page on Order a dispatch slip.
3. Step 3: Send all your meal vouchers in this dispatch slip. Each issuer will then reimburse you individually.

From your Swile affiliate area, you can also check the reimbursement status of your paper voucher deposits.

I’m a meal voucher affiliated merchant, why am I being charged multiple Chronopost fees for my cheque deposits?

Chronopost charges each meal voucher issuer for secure delivery costs (which include loss and theft insurance), via the paper meal voucher processing provider.

We pass these fees on to you at cost, which is €5.15 per deposit. Other meal voucher issuers may also pass on these Chronopost fees to you: that’s why you may receive several Chronopost invoices for your meal voucher cheques.

Don’t forget! The Chronopost solution, which can only be ordered via your Bimpli or Swile affiliate area, is the only one that insures your voucher deposits in case of loss or theft.
