To credit Personal Services benefits to your employees, you first need to top up your company fund via bank transfer.
This article explains how to top up the fund, check the available balance, and set up a low balance alert to avoid running out of funds.
How do I top up my Personal Services fund by bank transfer?
Your Personal Services fund has its own bank account details (RIB). You can find these details in your admin area.
- Step 1: To get the bank details for your Personal Services fund, open your Personal Services admin area.
- Step 2: In your Personal Services fund, click on Details next to New order.
-
Step 3: View the bank details for your Personal Services fund, then make the bank transfer from your company account.
This is a standard bank transfer. Please allow 3 days for the funds to appear in your Personal Services fund.
How do I check the balance of my Personal Services fund?
Once the transfer has been received, you can check the available balance of your Personal Services fund in your admin area, next to the New order button.
How do I set up a low balance alert on my Personal Services fund?
From your Personal Services admin area, you can set a low balance alert to avoid running out of funds.
This alert lets you top up the fund in time and prevents reimbursement payments from being blocked. If the balance still runs out, the affected payments will be put on hold until the fund is topped up.
To set a low balance alert on your Personal Services fund:
- Step 1: Open the Fund tab in your Personal Services admin area.
- Step 2: Click on Details to access your Personal Services fund settings.
-
Step 3: At the bottom of the page, above the bank details, click on Fund low balance alert.
By default, no alert is set. An admin needs to set a threshold to activate the Personal Services fund alert.
⚠️ Use the correct bank details
The bank details for your company fund are only for crediting Personal Services benefits for your employees. They must not be used to pay service fees. Swile’s bank details are shown on each invoice for paying these fees.
The bank details for your Personal Services fund are different from those for your mobility fund, if you have subscribed to the mobility offer.
