Can I order multiple physical cards?

By default, each Swile user has one physical card and one virtual card.

However, depending on the settings chosen by your company, it may sometimes be possible to order an additional card. Here’s how to check and what to do:

🚀 Steps to order a new card

  1. Go to the Cards tab (via the main menu).
  2. Check if a "+" button appears on your screen.
  3. If it does, click on it and follow the steps to place your order.

💡 Can’t see the "+" button? This means your company hasn’t enabled this option. In that case, you’re limited to just one active physical card.

⚠️ Good to know: Your spending limit stays the same

Having two cards doesn’t mean you get double the budget!

  • One account: All your cards (physical or virtual) use the same balance.
  • Legal spending limit: Your daily spending limit stays the same, no matter how many cards you use.
    • Example: The legal daily limit for meal vouchers is €25, so you won’t be able to spend more than €25 in total, even if you split your purchases between two different cards.
