As a Swile affiliate, you receive your invoices electronically via your Swile affiliate area. Your invoices are never sent by post.
When are my Swile invoices sent?
Your Swile invoices are made available twice a month, on the 1st and 16th of each month. Each time a new invoice is available, you'll receive an email letting you know that your new invoices are ready to view in your Swile affiliate area. If your account hasn't been activated yet, make sure you activate your account to access your invoices.
💡 Good to know
On request, Swile can switch your affiliate area to monthly invoicing instead of twice-monthly invoicing.
How do I download my invoices from my Swile affiliate area?
- Step 1: In your Swile affiliate area, click on Invoices.
- Step 2: Click on Download all, or download your invoices one by one by clicking on the download arrow to the right of the relevant invoice.
On the second page of each Swile invoice, you'll find a list of transactions made during the relevant period.
How do I add or change a billing email address in my Swile affiliate area?
You can create an additional access to your Swile affiliate area, for example for your accountant, so they can access your invoices and transactions made with the Swile card. To find out how, see the article How do I add or change a billing email address in the affiliate area?
What should I do if I can't find all my invoices in my Swile affiliate area?
If you're missing invoices in your Swile affiliate area, or if you notice payments that don't match any invoice, please send the following details to Swile support so we can help you as quickly as possible:
- The date of the payment or withdrawal
- The full bank transaction description
