You've accepted payments by Swile card in your business and want to know how you'll be reimbursed? Unlike other meal voucher providers, Swile doesn't make bank transfers (except for online orders).
💰 Receiving your Swile payments
Our cards work on the Mastercard/Visa network. The amount from Swile card transactions will appear in your bank account within 48 hours, just like any other standard card payment (such as Mastercard or Visa).
💸 How can I spot these transactions on my bank statement?
You can find these transactions directly on your bank statement. Usually, the description for these transactions will be REMISE CB or REMISE CARTE, but this may vary depending on your bank.
Please note: These transactions are mixed in with your other bank transactions. You can ask your bank for a breakdown of a card payment by providing them with our BINs. If you don't have our BINs, feel free to ask us for them.
👩💻How can I track this in my Swile affiliate area?
In your Affiliate Area, go to the Transactions menu, where you can view all Swile payments made in your business in real time. You can filter by date, by location, and by payment terminal, so you can match these transactions with your standard card payment collections.
