You've accepted payments by Swile card in your establishment and are wondering how these are paid to you? Unlike other meal voucher providers, Swile does not make a separate bank transfer: our cards work on the Mastercard/Visa network, so the transaction amount is credited directly to your bank account within 48 hours, just like any other standard card payment.

💸 How can I spot these transactions on my bank statement?
You’ll find the transactions directly on your bank statement, usually under the description REMISE CB or REMISE CARTE (this may vary depending on your bank).
Good to know: Swile transactions are mixed in with your other card transactions. To get a breakdown of a card payment batch, you can ask your bank for the details by providing them with our BINs. If you don’t have these, feel free to ask us for them.
👩💻 How can I track my transactions in my Swile affiliate area?
In your Affiliate Area, go to the Transactions menu. Here you can view all Swile payments made in your establishment in real time, with the option to filter by date, location, and payment terminal — handy for cross-checking with your usual card payment records.
