I entered the wrong PIN three times: how can I unblock my card?

Your card will be blocked if you enter the wrong PIN (payment code) three times. You won’t be able to make any payments, and an error message will appear in your transaction history. Don’t worry, we’ll show you how to unblock your card 🚀

💪 Unblocking your card is a 3-step process:

  1. Unblock your card from your account
  2. Simulate a withdrawal at a cash machine
  3. Make a payment at a shop using the correct PIN

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you through the process 👇

👩‍💻 Step 1: Unblock your card from your account
  • In your account, go to the "Cards" menu (or Menu > Card depending on your interface)

  • Select the blocked card

  • Finally, click Unblock then Confirm.

🏦 Step 2: Simulate a withdrawal at a cash machine  
  • Go to a cash machine and try to make a withdrawal.

  • Go through the whole process until you see a message saying the withdrawal isn’t possible. Don’t worry, your card will be returned to you!

  • The withdrawal will be declined, as your card doesn’t allow cash withdrawals, but this will synchronise your chip.

💰 Step 3: Make a payment with your PIN at a shop
