How do I enable or disable contactless payments? How can I pay without a PIN code?

If you have a physical card, you can pay using your PIN, or by contactless (without the PIN).

Contactless payments are enabled by default after you make your first payment using your PIN. To find out how to retrieve your PIN, check our dedicated page: Get the PIN for my Swile card

Here’s how to enable or disable contactless payments on your Swile card if needed 👇

👩‍💻 On a computer
    • Click on the Cards tab _cone_deux_cartes.PNG at the top of the page
    • Select the card you want
    • Click on Security
    • Finally, click the tick to enable or disable contactless.

If you enable it, the icon turns green and “Enabled” appears. If you disable it, the button turns grey.

📱 On the app
  • Go to the Cards menu _cone_deux_cartes.PNG (or Menu > Card depending on your interface)
  • Select the card you want
  • Tap on “Contactless”
