- Your balance is sufficient to cover your purchase:
- Your meal voucher payment is within the daily limit (€25), or you've enabled the card relay option:
- Payments can be made Monday to Saturday. You can pay on Sundays and bank holidays only if you work on those days and your employer has enabled this option: Can I pay on Sundays and bank holidays?
👀 I've met all the conditions, but my payment was still declined
Go to your Swile account in the "Accounts" menu to view your history. On the mobile app, tap "Show all".
For the failed transaction, you can see the reason for the payment failure. If the shop is shown as ineligible but should be eligible, you can click "Make eligible - Refund".
💡 By downloading the app, you'll receive a notification telling you why your payment was declined.
