As soon as your Swile card is dispatched, you can track its delivery directly from your account. And if there’s a delivery issue, you can easily order a new one yourself. 🙌
This article is here to help you in the following situations:
You haven’t received your card yet
There’s a mistake in your postal address
You want to track your card delivery or check the address provided
📦 Track your card delivery
- Go to your Swile account, under the Cards tab (or Menu > Cards)
- Click on Order to see the status of your physical card:
- Click on Track your order to access the tracking link:
💌 Haven’t received your card?
If your card couldn’t be delivered, you can order a new one. Here’s how:
- Go to the Cards tab
- Click on Order not received
- Click Confirm to order a new one!
📬 Is there a mistake in your delivery address?
If you made a mistake in your delivery address and the Order not received button isn’t showing on your account yet, for security reasons, you’ll need to report your card as lost and order a new one. Check our dedicated page: My Swile card has been stolen or lost, what should I do?
⏳ Has the tracking not updated for a while?
If the tracking link is missing or the status has been stuck on Card created for more than 10 days, it’s time to get in touch with us ✋
