- Start a reservation on your Swile travel profile.
- Choose the service (train, hotel, plane, car). Enter the collaborators who will be staying at the establishment with you. In the case of a hotel, select the number of rooms needed.

It is not possible to book a trip for your colleague if they do not belong to the same billing entity as you (see detailed explanation below).
đź’¸ What is a billing entity?
A billing entity refers to a structure or department within an organisation that is responsible for receiving and processing invoices.
- It is the entity to which costs are associated and on which payments are made.
- Each entity has its own budget and financial responsibilities.
👉 This means that if you wish to book a trip for a colleague, they must belong to the same billing entity as you, so that the costs are correctly allocated and the payment process is consistent with the company's internal rules.
