What’s the difference between an Accor ALL card and an Accor ALL PLUS Voyageur card?
Accor ALL: This is the free, standard loyalty program from the Accor group. You can earn points, reach different status levels (Classic, Silver, Gold, etc.) and enjoy benefits depending on your tier.
Accor ALL PLUS Voyageur: This is a paid annual membership. It gives you guaranteed discounts, priority room availability, and other practical perks for frequent or business travelers.
Before you can use the benefits of your loyalty card, you must first register it on your account.

To ensure you choose a hotel eligible for the Accor All/ Accor All Plus programme, you can click on Others and use the Loyalty Programmes filter. This filter will allow you to display only the hotels participating in the programme, so you can enjoy your loyalty benefits.
Once your card is registered, choose the hotel you wish to book on our site: make sure to choose a hotel displaying the ⭐️ Accor All or Accor All PLUS Voyageur badge on our site. This badge indicates that the hotel is part of the Accor All loyalty programme and allows you to enjoy your benefits (discounts, points, etc.).

Also ensure that the room you book has the "Accor All" or the "Accor All PLUS Voyageur" badge. Some rooms are not eligible for the loyalty programme. In this case, you will not be able to earn loyalty points for your booking.
