If you wish to make changes after your booking is complete, send us a message from your account or via this form specifying your booking reference and the nature of your request.
đ Making a request at the time of booking
Do you have special requests regarding your booking? On the confirmation page, go to the "Special requests" insert and simply tick the relevant boxes. Your requests will be sent directly to the hotel. If the request incurs any charges, we will present the hotel's proposals to you before confirmation.
The "Other requests" box allows you to send a personalised request.
