Whether you've ordered a new card due to loss, theft, damage, expiry or for any other reason, the rule is always the same: your balance stays the same.
To make it clear, think of your Swile account like a regular bank account:
The balance is linked to your account, not the card: Your benefits (meal vouchers, gift cards, etc.) are attached to your Swile account, not to the physical card you hold or your virtual card.
Benefits credited: Your employer can continue to credit your Swile account, even if you haven't received your card yet.
