This article explains how to check the status of your order, see how many meal vouchers have been loaded, or find out which address a card has been sent to!
Go to the Orders & Invoices section of your Swile account.
Your Swile history lets you view the status of each of your orders. Once the order is confirmed, new beneficiaries can be created, accounts topped up, and cards dispatched.
Status Pending: We are waiting for your payment, or proof of payment, before we can confirm the order.
Status Processing: The order will be automatically confirmed within 24 hours if you pay by direct debit. If you pay by direct debit, accounts will be credited on the loading date you selected. If you chose a bank transfer, we’ll wait to receive it before crediting the accounts.
Status Awaiting administrator approval: The order will be processed once the administrator has approved it. Managers can place orders, but only administrators can approve them and move on to the payment stage (the administrator will receive an email inviting them to approve the order).
Status Cancelled: The order cannot be processed as it has been cancelled. Please check the payment status and contact us if you have already paid.
Status Order processed: Cards have been dispatched, new beneficiaries have been created, and top-ups should now appear in your colleagues’ accounts. If it only says Top-up, it means no cards were created in this order.
Directly in the order history!
On the line for each beneficiary, you’ll see the number of vouchers loaded and their face value. Just search by name.
You can also export a full list of all your orders as a CSV file, so you can track everything in Excel. To do this, just click Export at the top right of the Orders & Invoices tab.
When you open your order, you’ll see a summary (order date, approval date, number of cards ordered, etc.)
You can then filter your order to show only the beneficiaries for whom you ordered a card. Just tick the With card box in the Beneficiaries section. When you hover your mouse over the 💳 next to a beneficiary, the delivery address will appear.
