Where can I find the details of my meal voucher orders?

This article explains how to check the status of your order, verify the number of meal vouchers loaded, or find out to which address a card has been sent!
Go to the Orders & Invoices section of your Swile account.

🤔 How do I check the status of my order?

Your Swile history allows you to view the status of each of your orders. Once the order is confirmed, new beneficiaries can be created, accounts recharged, and cards dispatched.

The status Pending: We are waiting for your payment, or proof of payment, to be able to confirm the order.

The status In preparation: The order will be automatically confirmed within 24 hours if you are on direct debit. If you are on direct debit, the accounts will be credited on the loading date you have chosen. If you have chosen a bank transfer, we will wait for its receipt to be able to credit the accounts.

The status Awaiting administrator validation: The order can be processed once the administrator has validated it. The manager can place an order but cannot validate it. Only the administrator can validate it and proceed to the payment stage (the administrator then receives an email inviting them to validate the order that has just been placed).

The status Cancelled: The order cannot be processed because it has been cancelled. Please check the payment status and contact us if it has been settled.

The status Order processed: The cards have been dispatched, new beneficiaries have been created, and the recharges should appear in your colleagues' accounts. If it only states Recharge, it means there was no card creation in this order.

🧐 How do I verify the number of meal vouchers loaded onto my beneficiaries' accounts?

Directly in the order history!

On the line corresponding to a beneficiary, you will find the number of vouchers loaded as well as their face value. You just need to search by name.

You also have the option to perform a general export of all your orders via a CSV file, allowing you to track them in Excel format. To do this, simply click on Export at the top right of the Orders & Invoices tab.

🚛 How do I find the delivery address of a card?

When you open your order, you will find its summary (order date, validation date, number of cards ordered...)

You then have the option to sort your order by displaying only the beneficiaries for whom you have ordered a card. Simply tick the With card box in the Beneficiaries section. By hovering your mouse over the 💳 of one of the beneficiaries, the delivery address will appear.
