If the amount credited to your employee’s account is insufficient, you’ll need to place a new order to add the missing meal vouchers.
❌ You can’t modify an existing order to add more meal vouchers.
👉 Here’s what to do:
Go to your Meal Vouchers admin area,
Click on “New order”,
Select “Credit your beneficiaries’ accounts”,
Then follow the usual ordering steps.
This will top up your employee’s balance with the missing meal vouchers.
