How to Credit Meal Vouchers to My Beneficiaries?

Once you've set up your beneficiaries on the meal voucher platform (check our help page if needed: How to create beneficiaries on the meal voucher programme?), you can proceed to reload their accounts. Here's how to place an order and credit the meal voucher accounts 🚀

📆 When to reload?

We recommend reloading the meal voucher balances at the end of the month based on the past month. This way, you won't have any discrepancies regarding holidays, sick days, absences, or RTT days.

1. Enter the amount to credit 💸

  • Click on Continue

💡 You also have the option to perform your reloads via a CSV file, we recommend checking out this very detailed article on the subject: Place a meal voucher order with a CSV file (Excel)

2. Choose the loading date 📆

  • Choose the date you want your meal vouchers to be available on your beneficiaries' accounts.

📌 Payment by bank transfer

If you pay by bank transfer, allow a 2 working day delay between placing the order and the crediting of the cards, to give us time to process your transfer. If you pay by direct debit, the operation will be completed in one day.

3. Complete the order 💰

  • Check the summary then click on Proceed to payment
  • Choose your payment method. 💡 The very first meal voucher order must be paid by bank transfer. For your second order, you can pay by direct debit. For more information, see: Add a direct debit mandate to pay for meal voucher orders. It is not possible to pay for a meal voucher order by credit card.
  • Finalise by clicking on Confirm and pay my order 🎉

💡 Good practices

  • Payment by bank transfer: Don't forget to make it after confirming your order! We can only issue the meal vouchers after receiving your payment
  • Check your billing address (and delivery address if you are ordering cards yourself) before confirming your order.
