Made a mistake with a meal voucher order and want to cancel it? Find out how in this article.
👉 How do I cancel an order?
Go to your meal voucher admin area
Click on the Orders & Invoices tab
Click on the relevant order
Click on Cancel order
⚠️ The "Cancel order" button is greyed out, what should I do?
If the "Cancel order" button is greyed out, here’s what you can do depending on your situation:
➡️ You haven’t credited your employee with enough meal vouchers:
You’ll need to place a new order to top up the missing meal vouchers.
Just click on New Order, then Credit your beneficiaries’ accounts and follow the usual steps as you normally would.
➡️ You’ve accidentally credited too many meal vouchers to one or more beneficiaries:
Once the meal vouchers have been credited, you’ll need to request a Balance Adjustment for your beneficiary. We explain everything in detail in our dedicated article: Loading error – Adjusting an employee’s balance
đź’° What about payment?
If you’ve already made a bank transfer: Contact our team and send us your proof of payment so we can process your refund.
If you chose direct debit: This shouldn’t go through as you cancelled the order before it was confirmed. If you need help, just get in touch with us.
