Can I pay for my meal voucher order by bank transfer, direct debit and/or bank card?

You can pay for your meal voucher orders by bank transfer or direct debit. The choice is yours, however your first order must be paid by bank transfer.

❌ It is not possible to pay for a meal voucher order by credit card.

In practice:

• 1️⃣ For your very first order: Payment must be made by bank transfer. This step is necessary to activate your account. For all bank transfers, you must include the order reference in the payment description.

• 2️⃣ From your second order onwards: You will then have the option to pay by direct debit, which makes managing your monthly top-ups much easier.

💡 Please note: Setting up direct debit requires a SEPA mandate to be in place beforehand.

What reference should I include on the bank transfer?

You must include the reference (the number) of your order in the description of your bank transfer. There is nothing else you need to do.
