Can I pay for my meal voucher order by bank transfer, direct debit, and/or credit card?

You can pay for your meal voucher orders by bank transfer and direct debit. You have the choice, however, the first order must be paid by bank transfer.

❌ It is not possible to pay for a meal voucher order by credit card.

In practice:

• 1️⃣ For your very first order: Payment must be made by bank transfer. This step is necessary to validate the setup of your account.

• 2️⃣ From your second order onwards: You will then have the option to pay for your orders by direct debit, which greatly simplifies the management of your monthly top-ups.

💡 Note: Direct debit requires the prior setup of a SEPA mandate.
