The first meal voucher order must be paid by bank transfer. This initial payment is required to activate your account.

Enter the order reference in the description of your bank transfer. You don’t need to do anything else.

How do I pay for subsequent meal voucher orders?

From your second meal voucher order onwards, you can choose to pay by direct debit. This payment method saves you from having to make manual transfers for your monthly top-ups.

Setting up direct debit requires a SEPA mandate to be in place beforehand.
