Has a former employee who already had a Swile account returned to your company? You have the ability to reintegrate their account into your list of meal voucher beneficiaries đ
- In your admin area, go to the Meal Vouchers menu
- Click on Beneficiaries
- Click on Filter > tick Deactivated Account > Confirm
- Once the filter is set, search for the beneficiary
- Click on Reintegrate Beneficiary
The action is taken into account immediately and your employee is once again linked to your entity đ
You can now place an order including your colleague again without the risk of the order being blocked.
đ Do you need to order a new card?
If your colleague still has a Swile card, it remains linked to their account. Therefore, there's no need to order a new one!
However, if they no longer have it, they will need to report it as lost in their account to be able to order a new one. For more information, direct them to our help page: Your Swile card has been stolen or lost, what should you do?
