This article explains how to cancel a hotel reservation.
🚨 Be sure of your decision!
All cancellations are final. We will not be able to reinstate your reservation if you change your mind later!
- Go to your Swile Travel account > My Reservations tab.
- Go to your Active Reservations.
💡 If you are an administrator and wish to cancel an employee's booking, go to the Administration tab > Organisation bookings > Active.
- Click on the relevant booking. Check the cancellation conditions.
- Click on Cancel.
Confirm your cancellation to obtain a refund or not, according to the cancellation conditions of your booking 👇
🫣 What should I do if the “Confirm cancellation” button is greyed out? In this case, you will need to contact our teams.
