You created beneficiaries when placing your order, but some of them aren’t showing up in the summary? 🧐
If this happens, it means these beneficiaries already have a Swile account created by one of their previous employers. Our system has recognised their profile as already active and excluded them from your account activation order (and/or card order, if you’re handling that).
👩💻 What should you do if this happens?
If this happens to you, we recommend asking these beneficiaries if they still have their Swile card. Depending on their answer, here’s what to do 👇
- Your beneficiaries don’t need to do anything! 🚀
- For you, when you want to place a top-up order, just include them in your order file or add them directly on the platform. Our system will recognise them and automatically link them to your organisation. You’ll then find them among your beneficiaries.
- Your beneficiaries can continue to use any remaining balance from their previous employer, as well as your top-ups. 🙌
- Ask your beneficiaries to report their Swile card as lost and order a new one. You can send them this help page: Your Swile card has been stolen or lost, what should you do?. Only they can order a new card themselves.
- As for you, there’s nothing you need to do, except add them to your order for your next top-ups. When you want to place a top-up order, just include them in your order file or add them directly on the platform. Our system will recognise them and automatically link them to your organisation. You’ll then find them among your beneficiaries. 🙌
📌 Important
In all cases, if you want to credit these beneficiaries, you must add them to your top-up file (or on the platform if you’re crediting manually in your admin area) and specify the number of meal vouchers allocated to them.
