What are the steps between crediting meal vouchers and ordering the card?
- Once the beneficiary has been created, you can top up their account with meal vouchers straight away. The amount will be credited to their account and will be waiting for them.
- By default, the employee orders their own card (virtual and/or physical) from their account, as soon as they have activated their account after receiving the invitation email.
When will the employee be able to use their meal vouchers?
The employee will be able to use their balance as soon as they have activated their account and ordered their card. The virtual card is available very quickly after activation, so they can spend their balance without waiting for the physical card.
