From your meal voucher admin area, you can pay for your orders by bank transfer or by direct debit.
To activate direct debit, you first need to successfully complete an initial order paid by bank transfer. You’ll then be able to fill in a SEPA mandate during your second order.
How do I activate my SEPA mandate for my meal voucher orders?
- Step 1: Place your first meal voucher order and pay by bank transfer. This first payment validates your account and activates direct debit.
- Step 2: When placing your second meal voucher order, go through to the end of the order process, then select Direct debit as your payment method.
- Step 3: Download the SEPA mandate displayed on the screen.
- Step 4: If needed, update the name of the SEPA mandate signatory. Enter the name of the authorised person in your company. If you’re not the signatory, provide the name of the relevant person.
- Step 5: Sign the SEPA mandate.
-
Step 6: Send the signed SEPA mandate to entreprise@swile.co.
Once the SEPA mandate has been validated, direct debit will be activated for your current and future orders.
How do I activate direct debit if I manage several entities?
If you manage several entities and want to pay for your meal voucher orders by direct debit, you’ll need to place an order for each entity. This order will generate a separate SEPA mandate for each entity.
Once the SEPA mandates are activated for all entities, you can place multi-company orders using a CSV file.
How do I change my bank details or the signatory of my SEPA mandate for my meal vouchers?
If you already have a direct debit mandate in your meal voucher area and want to change the bank details or the signatory, see the article Change the bank details or signatory of the direct debit mandate for my meal vouchers.
