How can I track the delivery of my beneficiaries’ cards?

In your admin area, you can track the delivery of each beneficiary's card. To do this:

Go to the "Employees" menu and search for the relevant person
In the "General" tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page and check the status of the card order.
A "Track delivery" button will open the tracking link for the card 🔍

Your employee can also track their card from their Swile account.

💌 Delivery time

The delivery time is around 5 to 8 working days.
