This article gives you a quick overview of how to use and manage your Swile card 🙌
💳 Virtual (digital) card and physical card
You can have a virtual card and/or a physical card.
📌 First things first, make sure you activate your Swile account to access your card and get started. If you need help, check out our support page: How do I activate my account?
👉 Virtual card: The virtual card lets you pay online and with your phone. To find out more, see: How do I pay with my phone?
👉 Physical card: If you want, you can turn your virtual card into a physical card directly from your Swile account (go to the Cards menu).
- To make your first payment with your physical card, enter your PIN. This will then unlock contactless payments. For more info, see: How do I get my Swile card PIN?
- You can also pay online with your physical card. For more info, see: How do I enable or disable online payments with my Swile card?
👀 Where can you use your Swile card?
Depending on the benefits you have (meal vouchers, gift vouchers, commuting benefits, etc.), you won’t be able to pay in the same places. For more info, see:
